Last updated: September 5, 2026
Daily Movement can be used as a guest or with Google sign-in. Signing in allows your workout history and progress to sync across devices. The service uses account and activity data to provide features such as workout history, streaks, metrics, and leaderboards. Tier 2 Solutions does not sell your personal information or use advertising networks inside the app.
Information we collect
When you use Daily Movement, we may process information needed to provide the service, including:
- Account information. If you sign in with Google, Google may provide information authorized through the sign-in process, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier.
- Workout and progress information. This may include completed workouts or exercises, program selections, workout history, streaks, activity totals, progress metrics, and related app settings.
- Leaderboard information. When leaderboard features are used, activity or ranking information associated with your account may be processed so rankings can be calculated and displayed.
- Support information. If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message.
Guest use
You may use Daily Movement as a guest without signing in with Google. Guest use does not create a Google-linked Daily Movement account. Progress available only on the device may be lost if you clear browser or app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove local data.
Google sign-in
Daily Movement uses Google sign-in to authenticate users who choose to create or use a synced account. Google handles the sign-in process and applies its own privacy and security practices to information it processes. We use information returned through the authorized sign-in flow to identify your Daily Movement account and provide synced features.
Daily Movement does not receive your Google password.
How we use information
Information processed by Daily Movement is used to operate and improve the features you choose to use. This includes saving workout history, syncing progress across devices, calculating streaks and metrics, maintaining account preferences, operating leaderboards, responding to support requests, preventing abuse, and maintaining the reliability and security of the service.
Leaderboards and shared information
Leaderboard features are designed to compare progress between participating users. Information displayed in a leaderboard may therefore be visible to other Daily Movement users. Daily Movement should not be used to place sensitive personal information in a public display name or other field intended for leaderboard display.
Third-party services
Google. Google provides authentication for users who choose Google sign-in. Information handled by Google is subject to Google's applicable privacy terms.
Apple. If you download or use the iOS app, Apple may process App Store, device, diagnostic, or crash information under Apple's own policies. Tier 2 Solutions may receive aggregate or diagnostic information made available by Apple.
Daily Movement does not use advertising networks or sell personal information to advertisers.
Data storage and security
Synced account and workout information must be stored so Daily Movement can make it available across devices and provide account-based features. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention and deletion
Account-linked information is retained while needed to provide your Daily Movement account and related features, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
If you delete your Daily Movement account, account-linked personal information and workout history that Tier 2 Solutions is not required to retain will be deleted or de-identified according to the service's deletion process. Local guest data can be removed by clearing the app or browser data or uninstalling the app.
App Store requirement: if the iOS app allows account creation, the app must provide a way to initiate account deletion from within the app. This policy describes the intended deletion practice, but the implemented deletion flow should be verified before App Store submission.
Children's privacy
Daily Movement is not directed to children under 13, and Tier 2 Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
Your privacy choices
You can use guest mode instead of Google sign-in where available. You can also stop using a synced account, request deletion of your account and associated information, or contact us with questions about information associated with your account.
We do not sell personal information. Requests involving information processed independently by Google or Apple should be directed to the applicable provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Daily Movement's features or data practices change. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or website when appropriate.
